TERMS

We want you to enjoy your experience with us and love the items you purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days via email to elkhomewares@bigpond.com.au   or contact us on  02 9999 4618. You will then need to arrange for the item to be returned  to us at your expense.

When we receive the returned item, as long as it is not damaged and in original packaging we will be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price, excluding delivery, via your original method of payment.
If you consider an item is faulty or not what you believed you were purchasing, please ring or email us immediately to discuss its return and replacement, or refund.
If you believe an item has been damaged in transit it must be noted on delivery. Your signature on the paperwork means the delivery arrived in satisfactory condition.
Although we have taken great care with the descriptions of products, their dimensions and colour reproduction of our products, some variation may occur.

OUT OF STOCK

We make every effort to ensure your items are in stock. If they are out of stock we will notify you of the estimated delivery date. If this is not acceptable we will give you the opportunity to withdraw or change your order.
Where possible we endeavour to deliver your items within the specified 7-10 days however this is a guide only and not a guarantee.

We take the security and confidentiality of your online transactions very seriously. We ensure that your details are secure by using 128bit SSL Security system to give you peace of mind when purchasing from our store.

We use the PayPal Payment gateway which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
